On-Ramp is 1 hour per day for 4 days that will give you a more in depth grasp of the fundamentals of CrossFit. Here are just few things we’ll cover:
- Stretching and mobility
- Proper movement technique
- Basic Olympic lifting progressions
- Body maintenance and recovery
On-Ramp is required to be completed before you can register for any of the membership options. There is no commitment to join our Box if you choose the free intro or the On-Ramp. However, there is a one time fee for the On-Ramp of $65.
