01 Step 1 - Try CrossFit for free!

If you have been curious about CrossFit, we would love for you to come try out CrossFit 1st Due! You'll be coached through our WOD (Workout of the Day), and scaled to your individual fitness ability.

02 Step 2 - On-Ramp Fundamentals

If you're new to CrossFit, we'll coach you though our fundamentals course, On-Ramp. You'll learn about CrossFit 1st Due, talk about your goals, the proper technique for movements and lifts, and nutrition for athletic conditioning. The program is four 1-hour sessions required before joining the daily WODs.
