CrossFit 1st Due will returning the popular HIIT series for September! HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training is a series of work and rest, combined with body-weight exercises and gymnastics to optimize your cardio response and metabolism. Sign-up now to reserve your spot! Space is limited.
This program is free for members, and non-members will pay $10 per class to participate.
CrossFit 1st Due has had an ongoing summer series in 2018 called CrossFit Date Night where couples, friends, or spouses can come together for a new and interesting twist on the typical night out.
