So you like what you see and have decided that you want to take it a step further. Great! Follow the simple steps below to start your CrossFit journey with us.
We recommend trying a short introductory workout that will give you a small taste of what CrossFit is all about. It will not be technical and will not have any complex movements. Although you will be exhausted at the end you will feel a great sense of accomplishment. This session will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete and there is no charge.

On-Ramp is 1 hour per day for 4 days that will give you a more in depth grasp of the fundamentals of CrossFit. Here are just few things we’ll cover:
On-Ramp is required to be completed before you can register for any of the membership options. There is no commitment to join our Box if you choose the free intro or the On-Ramp. However, there is a one time fee for the On-Ramp of $65.Register for On-Ramp Here
Two-person Unlimited: $85.50, per person, per month (min. 3 months commitment)
Personal Training is available, $50 per hour or a “10 pack” for $400 (paid in advance)
We offer a 10% Public Safety discount to Fire, Police, EMS, Military. We also offer the same discount to current students. This discount can only be applied to individual packages. Packages are non transferrable.
